Clauson Family Music Show July 26

The final concert for the 2021 summer season sponsored by the Coloma Area Historical Society will be a well-known local music show, the Clauson Family Music Show, which will perform from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 26 in Coloma Village Park.

Family members include: Brittney, Cody and Brent Clauson. There is no rain date, in case of bad weather. The Clauson family will perform in front of the Red Caboose in the park. Please note the change of time and day of the week.

Pass The Hat fundraising events were all about renovations, new displays, and future sign ordering. The 1878 Spalding Store and Post Office, as well as the Museum’s Carriage House, are located in Coloma Village Park at 232 S. Front St., County Road CH, Coloma.

Bring lawn chairs for a more comfortable seat. There will be 50/50 raffles and food and refreshments will be served at 5:30 p.m.

Children’s Day at the Market will be added to the regular Coloma flea and craft market from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 7. Children 16 and under are encouraged to register with Nancy Volkert at 715-570-2009 for one free at a time at the market. Children are welcome to sell any type of item to raise money for any project they need money for. Buyers are encouraged to participate and support young people.

The end date of the market is 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 4 (Labor Day weekend). The museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on August 7 and September 4.

The last general assembly of members will take place on Monday, August 9 at 6.30 p.m. at the museum. The public is welcome and all are asked to bring a garden chair for a comfortable seat.

Museum hours include: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturdays, Memorial Day through Labor Day; 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the Concert In the Park dates; From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the dates of flea markets and crafts and open by appointment.
