Horse-drawn carriage rides, collection of coats and visits with Santa Claus until Christmas

LUBBOCK, Texas (press release) – This Christmas season, residents of the Southern Plains can once again expect all joy and light at Kingsgate Center. On Friday November 26, the season officially kicks off with the annual Kingsgate Christmas tree lighting at dusk.
The long-standing tradition of family horse-drawn carriage holidays returns on Friday, November 26. Comfortable horse-drawn carriages will be available every Saturday and Sunday afternoon in Kingsgate North and South from November 27 to December 27. 19 as well as Thursday and Friday 23-24 December.
For families who enjoy spending time with Santa, the big man himself will make his annual return to Kingsgate on Friday, November 26 as well as every Saturday and Sunday from November 27 to December 19 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. daily, as well as Thursday and Friday 23-24 December. Children of the Southern Plains can share their secret Christmas wishes and be reassured that they have made Santa’s “beautiful list”. They can find Santa Claus spreading joy along the sidewalks in Kingsgate South, near La Madeleine French Bakery.
Finally, in this season of giving, Kingsgate’s annual coat drive kicks off on November 26. Look for the giant red Christmas presents located in Kingsgate North and Kingsgate South. Donors can drop off new or lightly used coats for the Southern Plains this year. In partnership with TIDE Cleaners, all coats will be professionally cleaned and then donated to Lubbock Impact.
