Bowen’s 4-bed, 4-bath house went on the market just a few weeks ago with an asking price of $ 3.85 million.

The buyer, Spring Breakers producer Wicks Walker, was willing to pay more for the 3,212-square-foot Thornton Abell-designed home with glass walls and terrazzo flooring.

Other amenities include panoramic canyon views, an adjoining dining room and bar with sink, as well as a swimming pool and small independent gym.

Julie ripped off the house – which was built in 1959 – at the end of 2017 for $ 3.1 million. She bought the property a few months after separating from her 14-year-old husband Scott Phillips, with whom she shares three sons.

The Happy Gilmore actress traded her life in the hills for the celebrity-favorite neighborhood of the Toluca Lake Valley, buying the more than 7,000 square foot home last week.

Fox and Green had lived there from 2014 to 2016 and bought it for $ 3.35 million, before Trainor bought it in 2016 for $ 5 million.

It is best known as the Bing Crosby Estate because it served as the legendary artist’s shed from 1936 to 1943.

It caught fire from faulty wiring in Christmas tree lights and was rebuilt before being remodeled again in 2008.
