Bowen’s 4-bed, 4-bath house went on the market just a few weeks ago with an asking price of $ 3.85 million.
The buyer, Spring Breakers producer Wicks Walker, was willing to pay more for the 3,212-square-foot Thornton Abell-designed home with glass walls and terrazzo flooring.
Other amenities include panoramic canyon views, an adjoining dining room and bar with sink, as well as a swimming pool and small independent gym.
Julie ripped off the house – which was built in 1959 – at the end of 2017 for $ 3.1 million. She bought the property a few months after separating from her 14-year-old husband Scott Phillips, with whom she shares three sons.
