  • Application to determine if pre-approval is required for a proposed new road 492.0m long x 3.2m wide. Ashprington Court, Ashprington
  • Application for approval of details reserved by conditions three and five of planning permission 0771/21/FUL. Land adjacent to Pittens Barn, Jubilee Street, Aveton Gifford.
  • Application to determine whether prior approval is required for a project to construct an agricultural building measuring 18 meters x 13.80 meters x 6 meters high at the ridge for the storage, drying and processing of wood, the equipment storage and associated worker facilities.   • Request for approval of details reserved by the fourth condition of planning permission 3230/17/FUL. Skerries, South Milton.

  • Certificate of legality for garage transformation project. 35 Trehill Road, Ivybridge.
  • Request for approval of details reserved by conditions one, two, three and four of Panoramic Authorization 4037/18/HHO. Sea Winds, Spring Road, Wembury Point.
  • Listed building permission to rebuild existing damaged conservatory, internal layout and alterations including installation of wood burning stoves and mechanical extractor, replacement of French doors and various glazing panels and windows. Dundridge Grange, Harberton.
